The current world Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic The current world Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic is stressful on anyone, but, for those of us with anxiety (🙋‍♀️), and in particular health anxiety (🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️) it can be particularly stressful as this is the pinnacle of health anxiety fear. I myself, have found it very challenging to not become completely overwhelmed with fear, panic and the enormity of the situation. It’s hard to not feel scared; for our world, for each other and for ourselves. It’s all a lot and I figured if I am struggling this much (cue: full meltdown yesterday) there must be others too. For, She Is You ✨ it’s so easy (and we all do it) to think someone else that we know, or are inspired by from afar, has it all together, has the perfect life / career / home / body / relationship / family / friends / opportunities / insert blank here and the truth is... no one, not any of us, actually always have our shit together, all of the time. It’s easy to think that and for it to be perceived that way with the highlight reel that can be Instagram, however, the truth is, we are all struggling with something / at different times, we all have moments of seeming calm above the surface but below the water madly kicking our feet to stay afloat.
